1. Why does Keri have a new look?

Novartis Consumer Health acquired Keri from Bristol Myers Squibb and embarked on a new strategy for the brand. Keri is the lotion that gives you radiant, glowing skin so you can feel confident and beautiful. We created an exciting new packaging design that reflects this positioning and resonates with women.

2. Does Keri have any new products?

Yes, Keri is introducing new Keri Long Lasting Hand Cream as well as Keri Renewal, a new line of products designed to restore and renew a woman's skin to reveal her timeless beauty. The Keri Renewal line includes Keri Renewal Milk Body Lotion, Keri Renewal Serum for Dry Skin, Keri Renewal Skin Firming Lotion and Keri Renewal Stretch Mark Minimizer.

3. What is Keri Renewal?

The Keri Renewal line of products has been designed to restore and renew a woman's skin to help her look and feel timelessly beautiful. The products in the line are clinically proven to restore the look and feel of a woman's skin.

4. What is fibronectin in Keri Renewal Skin Firming Lotion?

Fibronectin is a protein contained in Keri Renewal Skin Firming Lotion, and is a specialized protein found in the skin that assists with “correcting" damaged tissue. Fibronectin works to enhance elasticity and firmness of the skin.

5. What is the “triple-action formula" in Keri Renewal Serum for Dry skin?

Keri Renewal Serum for Dry Skin contains a triple action formula comprised of urea, polyhydroxy acids and humectants. The combination of these ingredients help repair and relieve even the toughest dry skin, restoring it to its healthy condition.

6. May I use Keri Renewal on my face?

Novartis Consumer Health did not perform clinical trials with Keri Renewal on the face, so for comedogenic reasons, we cannot say with certainty whether or not the products will clog pores. Please check with your physician or dermatologist.

7. Where and when will the new Keri Renewal products be available?

Keri Renewal products are available at most supermarkets, drug stores and mass market retailers as of September 2007. Suggested retail price is $15.99.

8. Can Keri products be used on children or infants?

Keri Age Defy & Protect should not be used on children under the age of six, however, all other Keri lotions may be used on children 18 months and older. We recommend that you consult your pediatrician or health care provider before using Keri lotions and Keri Renewal products on a child younger than 18 months.

9. Do any of the Keri products contain sunscreen?

Keri Age Defy & Protect Moisture Therapy contains SPF 15 sunscreen.

10. Do any of the Keri products cause increased sensitivity to the sun?

Yes, Keri Renewal Serum for Dry Skin contains polyhydroxy acids that may increase skin's sensitivity to the sun and particularly the possibility of sunburn. Use a sunscreen, wear protective clothing, and limit sun exposure while using this product and for a week afterwards.

11. Do any of the Keri products expire?

Yes, Keri Age Defy & Protect Moisture Therapy will expire after 36 months because it contains Alpha Hydroxy and SPF 15 sunscreen. Alpha Keri has a 36 months expiration date.

12. Are any of the Keri products water based?

All of the Keri lotion formulas are water based except Alpha Keri Shower and Bath Moisture Rich Oil.

13. Do any of the Keri products contain Aloe?

Yes, Keri Original, Keri Advanced, Keri Sensitive Skin and Keri Nourishing Shea Butter all contain Aloe.

14. Does Keri or Keri Renewal have fragrance-free options?

Keri Sensitive Skin is 100% fragrance-free, lanolin free and dye free.

15. Can I use Keri lotion with latex gloves?

We have not conducted testing in this area, so we cannot recommend using the product with latex gloves.

16. Why can't I find Keri Shave Minimizing lotion?

Keri Shave Minimizing lotion has been discontinued.
